Attappadi is an unending dialogue between truth and fiction. To understand Attappadi means we understand how the system is working in our society. MediaOne Academy students spent three days there as part of the boot camp. After the introductory session of Basheer Madala, a senior journalist from Attappadi, students got an extensive session about the route and the evolution of ‘Irula language’ by Mr. Sakthivel. Activists and educationists Sarang Gopalakrishnan and Vijayalakshmi enriched the second day with their charismatic character and inspiring session. ‘Kayyeni’ the real natural camp was the key attraction of our three-day boot camp, where Mr. Sajan led us to another face of Attappadi. Sajan is an active trucking guide and animation film director. Zipline, Jungle walk, and Riverwalk etc. gave the team an out-of-this-world experience.
